This review is completely untrue, and it is unfortunate that people will post untruths about companies that work hard to always do the right thing. This condo was built for a developer & then sold to this consumer with our warranty period in effect. The consumer here had a wiring issue & called his own electrical company, they were unable to complete the warranty item, & we were contacted. We immediately scheduled & performed the warranty item. Then the consumer asked us to compensate him for the electrical company that tried to fix the problem. I directed the consumer to his warranty & the warranty request form that specifically states the very simple process to submit a warranty item. The biggest untruth is the fact that the warranty item was corrected....states above that 'they denied warranty.' Hopefully Revdex.com can see through this incorrect statement.

To state simply, if a consumer bought a *** & had a 'check engine' light come on, then the consumer takes the car to Ed's Hometown Garage but Ed is unable to correct the 'check engine' light. The consumer then goes to the *** dealer & gets it fixed but asks *** to pay for Ed's attempt to correct the warranty call. *** fixes the warranty but does not reimburse for the Ed invoice. It's just simply not a reasonable request or industry standard.
