Avahlee

In June of this year, I went to Avahlee for cool sculpting treatment on my stomach. I agreed to have two treatments - one in June where I was informed I might see a minimal fat reduction and a second treatment around Christmas time where I would see significant fat reduction. I emphasized that I lived in Texas and that I would only be back in Utah for 10 days at Christmas time (Dec 25 through Jan 3). I paid $900 and had my first treatment in June, and they scheduled my second treatment for December 27, 2019. Avahlee called me in early December and rescheduled my second appointment to December 30, 2019 and at that time billed me another $900. They then texted and cancelled this appointment again, saying they would reschedule me for early January. I told them that I was flying back to Texas January 3, 2020 and needed my appointment before then. I reached out to Avahlee several times before the 3rd but received no response. I finally heard from Pattilyn, the owner of Avahlee on January 15, 2020. I requested a full refund of $1800 because I would not have had the first treatment (with minimal, if any, results) if I had known that Avahlee would not have accommodated me for my second treatment. I explained to Avahlee multiple times that I lived in Texas and could not just fly back if they kept canceling my December appointment. I have been texting Pattilyn back and forth since mid January, and she has promised me my refund, but has not delivered. I would be happy to provide copies of these texts if necessary.
