I purchased a new fuel pump from AutoZone on 2/19/20 , the pump came with an updated wiring harness which was bad , the prongs inside the new harness plug was not making contact for the pump to kick on a work correctly, this issue wasn't found out until the vehicle went to the auto shop on 2/21/20 once I was informed of the issue I went back to AutoZone on 2/22 and spoke with *** ( the supervisor/ manager) and she informed that the pump that I purchased did not come with a harness , o I showed her the pictures and the paper work that came with her product and she informed me it was out of her pay grade to do anything and he would contact me when her boss got back from vacation. I left my name and number, she never contacted me or would take any further phone calls . I then contacted the regional office on 2/26 and left a complaint with the lady I spoke with, she then had the regional Mgr *** contact me . I explained the whole situation to him and what all went on he asked I e-mail him the receipt, auto shop bill and my pictures, and I did so directly when we ended our call I am yet to hear anything from anyone, and am just Being ignored ..
