Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I provided the business with my current phone number each time I contacted the ***, the owner, personally verified my phone number with me that last time I spoke with him The business simply did not contact me.Also, the business never stated that they were ordering a replacement tail light for my vehicle They either ignored my messages or, when I was able to reach them, told me that they still had to look into it.Therefore, I had the tail light replaced at another shop to avoid operating an illegal vehicle [redacted] called me in response to this Revdex.com complaint, at which time I informed him that I no longer need a new tail light Instead, I request to resolve this issue by having the business fully compensate me for the cost of having the tail light replaced at the other shop [redacted] requested a copy of the receipt I sent him the receipt He then stated that he would fully compensate me for the tail light to resolve the issue I accepted this agreement, and I informed [redacted] that I would declare this issue resolved, after I receive compensation I am now waiting for the business' check to arrive Sincerely, [redacted]
I discussed replacing a taillight for Mr [redacted] on the phone several times and told him it was a very old file and I would have retrieve it from storageApparently I didn't do this as fast as he would have likedAfter I found the I found the file I spoke with Mr [redacted] and told him I would order a replacement tailamp for his truck which I didThe new lamp was received on January 7th and I then tried to call him to schedule a time to replace the lamp but the phone number we had on file was no goodThe phone number we had on file was [redacted] I would be happy to make this right with Mr [redacted] and I see at the bottom of his complaint that his phone number has changedI will call him at the new numbers and resolve this issue
