They kept my payment for over 80 days with no refund. I was finally refunded only due to Revdex.com involvement. I asked three times and never accepted all the shipment delays. Autonomous would not offer a refund. On June 27th, they stated that my order would finally ship in the next days before July 2nd with a 15% refund posted that day. On July 2nd, they email again with their lies, no discount, and did not ship with a new date of late August. I was never offered another option. They are scammin people. Thank you Revdex.com for protecting consumers from companies like this one. My case is closed due to Revdex.com :-)

We have reached out to the customer multiple times trying to get this resolved. We issued a refund through the Indiegogo website, but per their guidelines the customer was past the deadline to receive a refund.
We then tried to refund the...

customer straight to his credit card but we were not able to issue the refund due to the fact that we have not taken funds from the account.
We informed the customer of this problem and told him that to receive a refund we need to do that via PAYPAL. Customer refused to set up a PAYPAL account to get his refund. We then offered the customer to refund him by sending him a check in the mail. The customer agreed via email that he is ok with receiving his refund in the mail in the form of a check.

Hello, I have looked into this customers file and we have canceled the order to resolve the issue. The customers estimated ship date was Jan 20th and it is only the the 10th upon sending you this reply.
