Revdex.com:The clear documents attached have been sent three times to Auto Nation.  The copy on June 11, 2015 was actually scanned at their main office by someone named [redacted]. The documents have been attached the same way as previously.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  I would like a time frame as to when to expect a refund.
