You should have called me and had a conversation before you went online to not only hurt my company but also slander [redacted] by name, that was uncalled for.We work on 100's of cars a month and once in a while things happen. If you will remove your posts then and only then we can talk about coming to a resolution.

The commentary is contradicting. First it says a refund will be give them it says it won’t be given. In addition, no money will be paid for a senior that was neither change or allegedly paid for as it is not on my invoice. A refund needs to be sent or legal action will be taken.

Not interested in any way shape or form in and type of settlement with this " customer " . Next time don't slander a hard working group of people on every media website possible. I will be contacting [redacted] to get a copy of your invoice... $600? I need a good laugh this morning.
