If I could give zero stars, I would! This company is rotten and conducts business unlike any I've ever seen before. YEARS ago, my father purchased a Tahoe that was financed through this company. A few years back after it broke down, THREE mechanics stated the vehicle was a death trap, and that it shouldn't be driven by anyone who values their life. It wasn't worth fixing, they said so. My father contacted this company, told them what was said (It turns out, the guy who got these cars, went up to Pennsylvania, cleaned them up, and sold them, knowing the undercarriage was rusted and eaten up from road salt) Automotive Services Finance stated they DID NOT want the vehicle, as it was worthless, and would label it a 'Voluntary Repo' and that if someone else wanted the vehicle, they'd sell them the title for $600. The Tahoe was scrapped by a junker. It was worthless. Fast-forward to today, my father who has been building his credit to buy a home per my sick mother's wish, was denied a loan because these reported the Tahoe, and marked his credit stating that with them, he was 11,000 dollars in debt. SHAME on these people for being so fake and destroying a VETERAN'S chances at buying a home.

The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. For the past 4 years they have been nothing but horrible. They never returned phone calls never emailed me back. Constantly lying about email or phone calls never made. I caught their agent in lies all the time. *** is the most unprofessional of all. I refinanced my car through this company and he REFUSED to give me loan details until I paid him $400.. which is against the law... I would never refer anyone to this company.
