Automotive Mentoring Group

Got my car back after almost 3 years no lights except headlight
No gas no backup lights battery not even hooked up I would not give it to him didn't even get my rocker panels back

My buick Skylark has been in the automotive Mentoring group restoration shop from September of to the present,owner [redacted] tells me every month since January of to the present that the vehicle will be ready.my vehicle continued to just sit in this garage with parts near the vehicle and the amount was paid in full in September of 2017,$in cash for the simple repairs.I would like my vehicle to have a completion date or refund a portion of the amount and I will have my vehicle towed to another auto repair shop
