July , my son was transferred to [redacted] about a month ago , after arriving to [redacted] , he fell in love with a corvette that was back here in the states After contacting Jim the owner , I met with him and explained the situation and he and his amazing son walked me thru the process all while keeping my son in [redacted] up to date on every step of the process No matter how early Braxton called him he was always available to the phone He did so many things throughout the entire process that showed integrity Not only did he help a mother in distress ( me) he even drove with me today to bring the car so that it could be shipped His service and professionalism is rated stars thanks Jim and Jason for being the kind of dealer that moms like me can depend on Best regards , Sharon O***

To whom it may concern,our company  is here to make a customer happy  we have a store policy : No refunds all sales are final! Exchange only!  you can see it the bottom of our receipts ,you can also see a clear policy sign by the cash register and on every location of our kioskOn...

April 10,2016 [redacted]’s  husband purchased a cell phone case from us it was made very clear no refunds exchange only in case his wife didn't like it. Later on his wife [redacted]  came over asking for a replacement  case we didn't have  in stock so I offered to give her something else instead she kept saying she doesn't like anything and wants her money back I even told her I will give her something that is worth much more money than what she originally purchased at no additional coast AS an even exchange she still wasn’t  happy she got very mad she started causing a huge scene by the kiosk screaming yelling chasing my clients away and even offending me in front of them I had no choice but to call security even the security explained to her that we have a store policy no refunds exchange only  , in the end she did take a case that was worth $40.00 at no additional coastI would love to solve this issue right away I’m even willing to special order the case she wanted that I had no more in stock of at the time please let me know how we can put this thing to bed and make her a happy customer I’m sorry I’m just following company policy
