We contacted Mr***. Mr*** is not the first owner, he is the third. We went to the home and evaluated the system. The inverter had failed. It had nothing to do with our workmanship. The inverter manufacturer's warranty and the homeowner's warranty apply
in this case. We contacted the inverter manufacturer and they sent a replacement inverter. We have removed and re-installed the replacement inverter at no cost. His system is now working completely. Mr*** said he would drop the complaint completely
