2015 Nissan Pathfinder for hail repairs. Would not provide written estimate. Strictly going off State Farms quote. They have notified S.F. to stop chk
We were approached / solicited by a body shop for hail damage issues.
Everything seemed legitimate at first. Took the 2015 Nissan Pathfinder in for an estimate. State Farm gave the estimate to Automotive Art. Automotive Art called us to advise they got the "green light" to start work.
We never received an estimate from Automotive Art and they will not provide one. They have also tried to convince State Farm to put a stop to the check and have it made out directly to them.
They will not allow us to have our vehicle back and go somewhere else.
They have not yet started on it.
Allow us to walk away with our 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and go somewhere else. I have lost ALL trust and faith in this scam company.
I would like to withdraw the submission I made. Please advise if this is possible.
