Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
They have worked further and sent me a new request letter to me which I have forwarded to the insurance They should show the same enthusiasm when they start to the claim to the end.I deliberately never tried to hide anything from the business the prior accident was also known to me after submitting the claim.I am not denying the fact that the business has spent time on creating the claim reportI would take the dollar refund and willing to pay the for teh work they have doneI would like the business to think from a customer perspective also.I am still fighting with the insurance in case if they settle for any amount I would pay the full amount to autoloss
Sincerely,
*** *** ***
Amazing job! Fast and professional and I got the results I wanted !
I have farmers insurance Farmers hired an auto appraise who came in really low for an offerMy vehicle had hail damage I called Autoloss and they were more money but very professional Autoloss succeeded in getting an additional 25% above the insurance company offerAutoloss was great and Monica was all over my claim I have told everyone about Autoloss
My EMercedes sustained rear bumper damage when someone backed into my car while it was parkedThe damage was only $3,to repair, but I knew a car fax would kill my re-sale valueI called AutoLoss to get an appraisal for my car post crash to find out the diminished valueThe appraisal was accepted and a check written for the full amount of the requested diminished value claim of ($4700)I am very satisfied with the service and support provided
Starting dealing with autoloss.com back in mid February of and at first I dealt with MonicaShe said I had a great claim for the wreck that happened in TX and they were going to ask for over $in diminished value to my truckSounded great but I was optimistic that we would get anything close to that since I had already got the insurance company up to $and they were standing firm at thatMonica did say that if we didnt get any more than the $I could get a refund for the full amount of what I paid for her services which was $fast forward to May and the insurance is still not budging and it comes to light via the insurance agency that in Texas diminished value is not actually legislated as it is in GeorgiaThe insurance company and I quote stated "We are offering $for the stigma attached to it being involved in a loss; not the negotiated trade value that the dealer negotiated with you"So why didnt autoloss.com not know this and simply from the get go tell me they couldnt help me instead of wasting my timeThe constant calling to check on my DMV claim and no return phone calls, constant emails and no replys until days lateragain fast forward to June 20th when Monica finally emails me to say the will refund my payment since I didnt get anymore than what I had originally started withShe neglected to tell me that they could take payment within a day and then the refund will take 30-daysThats just crazy, are they waiting for someone else to pay them so they can turn around and give me my money backThis whole process was a waste of time and moneyI should have just went with my gut and took the money early on from the insuranceI will never be recommending their services to anyonenow I guess I will just wait around til a check comes in the mail from them, knowing their process thus far I wouldn't be surprised to see it be less than what I paid originallyAgain, just handle it on your own and never go to this site, they will just string you along the entire way
AutoLoss does a great job of aiding individuals with diminished value claims They give a thorough review of the ins and outs of diminished value claims, how to deal with insurance companies and aid you throughout the process to ensure you get a fair amount of compensation for your loss
I was very pleased with their service.Very professional, excellent communication
They took over settlement talks with *** *** ***,
Received over twice the amount that *** *** appraisal company offered
*** ***,
In no way are we a scam. We have been in business over years. When the client signed up with us we sent her a DV manual to help them thru the process. We help our clients from start to finishWe also help with all demand letters and insurance commissioner complaints. Also, if the client calls we can help her immediately on the phone to answer any questions. We understand she is busy that is why we have so many staff members to help them quickly. Insurance Companies routinely deny a claim and by the end of the process with us the client has a check for DV for the full amount in our reportThe next step in the process is to get a local dealer quote and forward that to us so we can help them. We will complete a demand letter for her once she forwards us the local quote. We have worked for numerous states as well as thousands of attorneys in the last years. We want every person to be happyThanks, Monica F*
I lost vehicles as a result of Hurricane Harvey *** used *** *** *** to provide values for two of my vehiclesThe values they used were substantially lower than values I had obtained by going to *** *** *** ***, and *** Even though I used those third party sites to provide more accurate valuations for my vehicles, *** ignored the true values for my vehicles As a result, I had to invoke the appraisal process under my insurance process that requires that I hire an appraiser I was able to find AutoLoss and Monico on the internetTheir cost was very reasonable Monica did not disappoint meIn fact, she exceeded my expectationsI was able recover thousands of dollars more for the value of the two vehicles Monica and her staff were wonderful and responsive through the whole processUnfortunately, it is a shame what the insurance companies have been doingThey have likely undervalued thousands of vehicle owners who suffered damages from Hurricane Harvey
*** offered me $for DV on my toyota After using autoloss *** settled for just over $I could not say enough positive things about them
I was very skeptical when looking at diminished value company's onlineI was worried the company would run off with my money or it was a scamI emailed Autoloss and Monica returned my call very quickly Monica walked me through the whole process and made the process seem very easy and quickMy claim was through State Farm and the process had not gone well with State Farm Initially Autoloss walked me through the process as well as sent me numerous demand letters specific to my case I was able to get a settlement three times as much as I could have done on my own
We have a process for getting a refund. The insurance company denying a claim is sometimes just part of the process. To get a refund we require the client to send us a denial letter, a local dealer quote, and to make an insurance commissioner complaint. We help our clients
from start to finish including demand letters and immediate customer service. We have full time staff hired just to help current customers If after following our process the client is still denied a settlement we will forward them a refund check. The refund policy is clearly on the website. We want to help the client and if they get a hold of us we would still like to help her furtherThanks, Monica F*

My new vehicle was rear ended by a negligent driverI did some homework on Diminished Value and thought I had a valid claim, but was not getting anywhere with insuranceMonica and her team knew what to say and how to say itTheir appraisal matched closely with my own numbersTheir guidance and letters were much more effective than my own correspondence with the insurance company, and gave me the confidence to keep pushingI got the amount that I thought was reasonableWould use again
I will accept once a refund payment is made.. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I reached out to Autoloss for help with diminished value claim for my BMW XTeam at Autoloss is professional, Monica is very helpful and the response from team is promptI guided me all through the processThis is A+ teamI will recomment them to anyone looking for help with DV
Autoloss is the best The insurance company sent me a check for the full amount in the Autoloss report I am very happy with the results
First of all I am sorry about all the delays. Our notes and emails show something different but customer service is our number one goalAs soon as Mr*** emailed us stating he had not got the refund instead of asking our CPA for the information regarding sending the
check and the address I went straight to Mr*** so I could mail him out the check that day. We mailed out the refund check the day he gave us the address. We fixed the problem as soon as he contacted us about not getting a refund and we needed the Stop correcting "address" to make sure the check went to him and the correct amount. When I asked him for his address and how much he paid he stated he was going to make a Revdex.com complainant and FTC. I don't know why that angered him so much I just wanted to make sure the issue was remedied quickly. Also, we are open 8-Monday - Friday so we have a full time staff to help any customer quickly over the phone as well. Monica F*
