We received the warranty cancellation from *** on 01/17/as you can see from the attached documentsWe processed the cancellation with the warranty company and issued a refund check on 03/16/which is weeks after the cancellationSince *** financed the vehicle all cancellations go to
the lender in order to reduce the balance on the loan since the product was financedAs you can see on the attached documents the check was mailed to the lender and it was cashed by the lender thus reducing the amount financedWe Apologize that the cancellation took longer than expected but as you can see it was processed and the money has been refunded
