Dealership will not process my request to cancel an extended warranty on new vehicle Per the terms and conditions, I submitted a signed copy of the form required for cancellation on 11/1/2016, the next business day after purchasing a vehicle from Autofair Hyundai to include an extended bumper-to-bumper 100k mile warranty for the price of $2,Autofair's finance mgr., [redacted] ackowledged receipt of the cancellation form via reply to my emailThe form states to "allow 3-weeks for processing;" however, I can not get Autofair to return my repeated phone calls or emails to inquire about status of the refundI don't believe that the form has begun processing yet, at least I have not been able to confirm that with AutofairThe warranty was sold through a 3rd party, however, the cancellation form also states that "all refunds will be made to the selling dealer;" therefore, the only party that I should have to contact on this matter is Autofair

After my family has been long-time customers of AutoFair Hyundai, this was my first choice when I started considering a new carAfter some research, I wanted to check out the new Elantra GT SportI went to the dealership with my boyfriend in tow I met with Terry, who was absolutely fantasticHe is at all not the reason for this negative reviewI let him know what we were looking for and he brought us right to a model in the show room But then, things went downhill from thereHe brought us to his desk and he asked us questions regarding my current car payment, what I would want in a vehicle, and preference for New or preownedIn my previous experience with this dealership, they allowed me to view vehicles on the lot before even touching money/costs At this point, the sales guy brings this info over to the ManagerThe manager then approaches us and asks us the exact same questions I've already answeredHe then begins to lecture me about negative equity and my current car paymentI am fully aware of my financial situation and was just trying to get a handle on the new model At this point, they say they are going to pull some cars that I can test driveThe sales guy the proceeds to pull up a ElantraMind you, I own a I own the exact same body styleWhy would I want to buy that when I explicitly said I wanted to view the new Elantra GT Sport At this point, I don't even want to test drive itYes, it may be a Sport, while mine is not, but I'm not going to buy a car a model year newer just for a SportI politely decline and say I'm just going to leaveUnfortunately, you can't just leave or else it would be on Terry's headHe did nothing wrong in this situation, but was misguided and misdirected by management I spoke with an additional manager, who came out on the defensive, and continued to get again lecture me about negative equity, making it very clear that they do not care what I wanted to test drive or what I'm interested inThey just wanted to make me feel like I'm only numbers and credit scores Needless to say, this entire experience left a sour taste in my mouthWhat a shame to be treated like thisI'm not sure if it due to being a woman or due to being youngEither way, AutoFair Hyundai has lost a loyal customer

Damage caused by Mechanic to windshield strip tint due to negligence in replacing State inspection Sticker
Occurrence August 2016, Had Apptfor State InspectionI specifically instructed Service Advisor *** *** to tell Mechanic/service person to take extra care not to cut or slice the windshield strip tint when replacing State inspection stickerUpon completion before leaving Dealership I inspected my windshield tint strip and it was damaged/cutI immediately went to Mr*** and told him about the damageHe went out to the garage to talk with the mechanic and confirm damageHe then came back and we went to my car and he inspected and agreed to the damage caused by AutofairThe agreement to have the repair, gas and compensation for inconvenience was to be reimbursed and I stated I wanted a refund not service credit which he approved and put in writing on the back of his business card, which he retained for proof when I presented the invoice for repair I paid for
