At this dealership I was sold a car in 2017. A Ford Fiesta 2015. I was told it was at approx 35000 miles. Today I went to trade in at a different dealership. On the car fax it shows that before I purchased the vehicle the mileage was closer to 50000. On the day I purchased the vehicle the car fax changes to around 35000 miles. I was sold this vehicle under false pretenses.

I was looking into buying a new car, and the sales manager *** told me to put a down payment of $500 to secure the vehicle, I did this, but in the end we decided not to purchase the vehicle.
So thinking they would automatically refund my deposit, they never called or issued a refund, so 2 weeks after I deposited the money I asked the sales person ***, to refund the deposit, in which he said he would, well 2 weeks later he hasn't, and I cannot get anyone to call me back, Ive left messages with the sales manager in which I explicitly told him to call me to resolve this, and he and they have chosen to ignore me. I would like my $5400 dollars credited to my account plus the interest I paid on it.
General Manager, has informed me that this matter has been resolved.

Service manager and other service staff member very rude.
"service department is the worst. Very incompetent. "
AutoFair has had my car for 14 days while I was in Canada to have some work and a few recalls done. I just went to pick it up and they never disappoint when it come to being consistent with poor quality service department. Missing screws from Console. Loose arm rest. Every time I have to have AutoFair work on my car it has problems still when I get it back. Stay away. Had to have my wife come pick me back up. Never a dull moment with this company.
Here it is 2 days after the above, And still no car. they had to order the missing screws they lost. the local parts store has them. I checked.
Act with caution, They love to overcharge you.
Do not use this dealership as they only care about making the sale. They will lie to you at any cost. I went in to purchase a truck capable of plowing my drive way and was sold an ***, which I discovered after the signing of the contract was not recommended for plowing and there is only 1 plow company that even makes plows for this type of truck! Gio G was my unapologetic sales person who told me that I should have use the word "recommended" and not "capable" if that was what I was looking for. His floor manager Savanh I was no better. RUN from this dealership!
Went to Autofair Ford after seeing a vehicle on their website. After a frustrating negotiation on a certified preowned vehicle myself and sales manager Matt finally were able to shake hands on a vehicle I was interested in. Went in on a Saturday to do my final “walk around/through” and final test drive before I submitted my deposit, at that time I noticed damage to the body, I still wanted the vehicle though and was told that “it will be fixed before you take possession of it, we’ll call you Monday with an estimated time for repair completion and you can give a deposit after we know more information from the body shop”….Well I waited until Monday just to find out that they sold the vehicle out from under me…. I am absolutely in disbelief that any dealer would do such a thing, never mind a Ford dealer… I am so disappointed with Autofair Ford, I will never go back, and I will spread the word of my experience every place I can! What a disgrace to all Ford dealerships, you people should be ashamed of doing such a thing! Very poor management! What a waste of my time, I’m absolutely disgusted.
Mr. did come into the dealership and looked at this vehicle but at no time was there ever an agreement made on a price for said vehicle. Mr. asked for the price of the vehicle to be reduced by $300 and the dent to be fixed at which time our sales staff informed him that we could either do one or the other but not both. Mr. indicated that he did not accept this which is why there was no Purchase & Sale Agreement drawn up and signed. When a purchase price and terms have been agreed upon by both parties then paperwork is generated and signed to eliminate any confusion. If Mr. had agreed to the price and terms for this vehicle then he would have been required to sign the necessary paperwork. The General Manager has left a message for Mr. as well as sent him an email to discuss the matter but has not heard back from him at this time.
I bought a 2015 ford *** in July since July the car has been stalling and stopping on the highway I have brought it into the shop for time since each time the service number has been unhelpful not trying to figure out what the problem is I've had to fight with them to get a loaner vehicle on the full-time college student each time they tried to charge me until I found out about a clutch issue with the car they said they replaced it had a bring it back again they said they fixed it put it in wrong bring it back again now it's in the shop and they trying to charge me $300 saying this out of warranty because I've had the car more than 30 days when I've had it in the shop four times since I purchased a vehicle they said it's a purge valve that was missing and I'm responsible to pay for that when I bottle-fed of my car is my first time buying a car this is the worst experience I've had nobody call me back nobody's been helpful it's been a nightmare
