Review: In December 2011, I pucrhased a used [redacted] from Autobility a used car dealer in Stafford, VA. Two days later I returned the vehicle because I was Dissatisfied with the terms of the agreement and the perfomrance of the vehicle. I have made numerous attempts to contact the dealer to resolve this issue without success. I recently inquired about purchasing a home and was quite shocked to find a negative report from Autobility concerning the purchase of the [redacted] over four years ago. I have NEVER recievied a bill, a letter, a court document concerning the purchase of the [redacted]. Attempts to contact them by phone have also had negative results. I am requesting your help in resolving this issue and get this removed from my credit report. My reputation is VERY important to me and I have no other reports of any late payments, garninshments or reposessions. I have purchased other vehicles since the purchase of the [redacted] with no difficulities. I also hold a security clearence with the United States Government, both the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security. This negative report could effect my livlihood and my financial well being. Any help you could offer me in the resolution of this issue would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: To remove this from my credit report since the vehicle was returned in 48 hours.
