I am rejecting this response because: I have paid my dues and no balance is due to auto werx however this business has not paid off my trade vehicle I have also spend over 2,in fixing the car The car was taken apart and put in the wrong way, cables where missing, plugged on wrong places, the new turbo they said they put in wasn't even working I have documents of all work done and have reached to the B.A.R I am requesting a full refund on repairs in this car It seems auto werx messed up the car more than actually fixing it The loan car was my Pontiac that still hasn't been paid off This business did not smog the car legally, the car would of not passed the smog test Illegal activity seems to be obvious, according to the shop that repair my car I've also reach out to DMV and filled a complaint Hope the matter can be resolve and I can get reimbursed for the repair on this car before we move into a small civil claim Thanks

We are sorry the customer has not had an ideal experience. We pride ourselves on good customer service; however, occasionally vehicles have many unforeseen problems. The customer bought the vehicle "AS-IS" except that we warrantied a "coolant sensor problem" at the time of purchase which was fixed...

at no cost to the customer within 7 days of the deal.  We also provided a loaner vehicle each time we worked on her car to minimize the inconvenience to her. At the time of this complaint, the customer still owed us over $700. She has now paid her part of the deal in full and her trade-in is paid in full also. Incidentally, we also repaired a few other problems at no cost to the customer which came up after the sale and returned the car to her after many miles driven and many warm-up cycles without a check-engine light. This vehicle deal is now complete and we appreciate the business. We also appreciate the opportunity to respond to her concerns via the Revdex.com.
