Failure of car wash to wash my car. Failure of management to follow through with promissed refund or credits After contacting several times.

I use my debit card to provide payment for an eight dollar car wash. The man in front of me, went through the wash very fast. The greenlight prompted me to pull forward. The red light prompted me to stop. I follow these directions. The carwash did not start. I tried backing up and pulling forward once again. It did not start. I thought maybe the quick exit of the man ahead of me, caused the wash to pause or not work. I then pull through one more time, used my debit card again for the express wash, I believe that was four or six dollars., And proceeded in the same manner following the directions. The wash did not start for a second time. I then left and contacted management that afternoon.
Management did respond quickly asking me what location, to which I answered Catalina car wash. He then responded several days later, and asking me if I would like a refund or car wash credits. I replied I would take the credits. Approximately three or four weeks later, nothing was mailed or emailed to me. I attempted to contact *** at bric management again, requesting my codes for the wash. No response. I tried 10 to 14 days later telling management this was my last request for a refund or car wash code. And then I would take further action to ensure my refund. No response.
Dates of contact include 10/31 from myself, 11/1 from management asking me location. A few days later, management offered me a refund or a car wash code. After I responded that I would prefer the car wash code, no further contact from management. Although I attempted three additional times.
