In regards to the complaint on 10/26/2015 about the woman with the Key Fob for her car. This is not a service we usually provide. She had been in for another service and asked about getting a second Fob for her car. We looked it up on [redacted], and told her that they were available through there,...

however we needed to know more about the original. There is no Information that we have on our end that would help her obtain a new one. She would have to go to the manufacturer of her car to obtain the information she needs. Calls were made to get the Information, messages were left with the customer, none of which were returned. We Pride ourselves with customer relations, and have been in business for 40 years.
