I am still waiting for [redacted] and Rick to complete the actions needed According to [redacted] there is a piece missing from the system or my car Not sure what piece he was talking about, but as of Saturday November th [redacted] was waiting on Rick to get back to him about the part I am still waiting on them to get it straightened out and waiting on the part [redacted] said he will contact me when he knows how they are going to handle it and when he can fix the remote start.Thank you [redacted]
[redacted] Please See Attached Documents [redacted] November 2015To whom it may concern:RE: Complaint ID [redacted] We contacted [redacted] Tuesday 11/10/We let her know we had shops available to help herout and she has contacted [redacted] at Performance Auto Sound in Wenatchee, WAIt's our understandingshe has an appointment next week for them to look at her vehicle to determine what or if anything iswrong with the system and what needs to be done to correct her issues.The manufacturer of the remote start system has assured us they plan to stand behind their productand will assist in any way necessary to resolve this issue as wellPerformance Auto Sound is one of theircustomers and they are familiar with the product involved.Rick had been waiting to hear back from [redacted] as to whether she was still having any further issuesand had not heard from herHe was out of town for the week of 11/02-06/at the SEMA tradesh0w, so was unavailable, however, he has no voice mails from [redacted] or any messages that he is awareofIt certainly hasn't been our intention to ignore ***, and we fully intend to see this matterreso lved to her satisfaction.Cordially, David SS [redacted] General Manager
