later we receiveda few calls from *** regarding a pull strap for the lefthand rear doorWe mentioned to him we wouldtry to locate a used one for him at no costDue to the fact we couldn't find the right strap for his carin a reasonable time frame the customer got belligerent on the phone with my secretary and voicemail.This is unacceptableHowever, we still have the used strap here and will be more than happy to mail itto him
