Warranty issue, bank was going to reposess the car b/c the sales person lied. And temp tags expired and they didnt do what they said they would do
Problem dated: 08/01/17 we didnt recv a copy of the contract when asked when the car was delivered on july 31, 2017 the sales agent *** said that we would recv a copy of the paperwork by email. I sent an email to his supervisor *** on aug 1st asking for a copy of the contract and he replied with yes ma'am give me until 3pm to get copies from my main office, on aug 2 at 1433 sent an email stating that I didnt see a response with the contract paperwork. I didnt get response back from him. On Aug 3rd car died in the driveway so we went to auto zone to get a battery, we called and texted *** to find out since it was still under warranty if we purchase one could we be reimbursed, he said no you have to bring it to us to replace. On Aug 5th 2017 we drove to *** to have the battery replace, then while there I personally asked *** 3 times for a copy of the paperwork, he finally gave us a bill of sales, no contract or anything about the 30day warranty. I then at the point ask about the gap insurance because *** called me on Aug 8th and said we need full coverage and I reminded him that my husband asked him about the gap insurance on july 31 when he brought the car to us, he sent me a copy of my insurance info I sent to him, and I responded back but he only replied with the deductible amount. On Aug 21 I cld *** to find out about the registration, tags and to ask again about the gap insurance, he then stated that I would have to contact*** financial to see if they offer it, He gives me a number that was incorrect but the person who answered gave me the correct number, so I asked the lady that answered the phone and she put somone name *** on the line and he advised me that I car was going to be repossessed if the full coverage wasn't added by 5pm that day. In which I had to scramble to get. When I talked to*** about the registration and tags, he assured me that they sent all the paperwork to dmv and dmv will send the tags to them and they will mail them to us, I called dmv and they advised me that they didn't recv any information and I also checked online, by text I made him aware the tags expire in 8 days and that dmv said that they haven't recvd anything, dmv told me to find out if there was a tracking number and to contact the dealership to get that information. *** responded to the text saying ok i'll take care of it and call you back. On aug 22nd I sent the full coverage to a email ***@aol.com that was given to me by text. On Aug 22 *** said that he was trying to get in contact with the person that sent the paperwork to dmv and call me back, I didnt recv a phone call on Aug 22 or 23. Thursday August 24th I cld *** phone with no answer, so I call the office main line and they put *** on the phone, he then tells me he was off the previous day and to hold while he contact the lady after 10 mins on hold, he comes back to tell that dmv sent info back to them stating the forms need to be notarized and this is something they just started the beginning of aug, as though im that stupid to believe him. He talks to my husband and they came up with him driving here to get the papers notarized a secu in which he did. I asked would it be faster if I submit them to get the registration and tags in person he said they have to do it. Saturday I cld and spoke to boss/friend *** and he said I gaurantee you , that you will have your tags on Monday, I advised him without my tags and registration I wont be able to work. Monday has came and went, I cld to speak to *** first time they automatically put *** on the phone and he apparently dont know when he supervisor will be in, I cld back an hour later and *** was in and once I didnt give my name he said hold on nobody let me see if he pick up and then all of a sudden *** isnt in. Dmv said it can take 2-3 bus days if not longer to recv my tags b/c they just recvd the information today Monday Aug 28, 2017

Desired Outcome

I want a phone call from the GM of this establishment, I dont know if the GM is the same person as the owner of this establishment *** or his business partner***.
