I had my car washed there and the machines broke my passenger mirror. It cost $947 to repair and they refuse all liability. The very worst customer service ever!
Their automated wash facility ripped part of our bumper off. We sent pictures and spoke to them and they surprisingly refused to refund or repair .
We went there on November 3 for a car inspection and car wash. When we got our car back, the bumper was hanging off the car (see attached picture). They told us to talk to the manager (Frank is his name), and he refused to refund or repair our car. The bumper had separated from the car. We were very surprised in their lack of customer service or refusal to either refund our money or repair the bumper.
$125 refund for repair. $50 refund for car wash and inspection. Total of $175.
Can you please put this complaint on hold? The owner has offered to reimburse. If he doesn't I would like to then follow back up with you. Is that ok?
If I could give less than one star, I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I brought my car in for an oil change, only to come back to a damaged vehicle. I spoke to someone who offered to fix my car with a body shop they are affiliated with, I did not feel comfortable considering they were being rude. I brought in two estimates from other places and asked for a check to cover the repairs of the damage they caused. They did not comply and kept saying they will only fix the damage themselves. It was their worker who drove my car and damaged it. Frank was very rude, and hung up on my attorney's office. I will be taking further legal action, and I definitely will never be a returning customer due to their negligence and unprofessionalism. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, PLEASE AVOID!
We did damage the customers car and offered to fix the damage. Our estimate for the repair was substantially less than the customers estimate. The customer's estimate contained repairs not related to the damage incurred at our shop. The customer does not want the car repaired but wants a cash payment. We offered to pay the amount of our repair estimate. The customer's lawyer called and threatened legal action if we did not pay the higher amount. We again offered to pay the amount of our estimate. I am sorry we were not more intimidated by the customer's lawyer and their various threats. At some point a phone conversation must end when neither party will change their position. We will repair the damage to the customer's 2007 car. We will not pay for unrelated damage.
