Review: On October 3,2014 I was hit by a tractor trailer on the passenger side doors. The police called a tow truck which is the owner of this business. I told him where I wanted the car to go but he talked me out of that. He took my car to his shop. It will be 5 months on March 3, 2015 and I still do not have my car back. He has numerous excuses. The insurance company of the man that hit me is from [redacted], so he uses that excuse. The snow is another excuse. The parts came in bad, is yet another, The adjuster was changed and then changed back. I can't get a straight honest answer. Please help me get my car back.Desired Settlement: I would like help in getting my car back. It has taken way to long for this repair to take place. I feel he is not being honest with me on when he is going to fix my car.
