She brought a vehicle in that was excessively dirtyWe cleaned her car and she had some complaints so we spent minutes trying to make her car look satisfying to herShe was screaming, yelling and cussing at the managerThis is why we threatened to call the policeShe was verbally abusiveWe
tried all we could do to try to make her happy and it seems nothing would do that for herShe expected the car to look brand new for $No refund will be issuedWe went above and beyond to do what we could to make her happy but nothing would satisfy her

I have spoken with the manager and resolved the managerHe was great and took excellent care of the situationI am 100% satisfied
