On Friday January 10, 2020 at approximately 11:45 AM I paid $10 cash for a car wash at the Royal Car Wash in ***, ***. I drove into the car wash when the green light came on, stopped when the stop light came on. A little water sprayed. All lights went off and nothing else happened. After a few minutes the door opened so I drove out. The telephone number for this business has been disconnected. I would like a refund of $10. Thank you.
