Review: On 10/*/2013 I took my 2011 KIA Optima to this station for an inspection sticker. My vehicle has only 25,000 miles and the inspector failed my vehicle and charged me $37.00. He said $37 dollars pass or fail was his policy. When I asked why the car failed the employee told me that I needed 2 rear tires. He then proceeded to sell me 2 tires for $360.00 in order for me to pass inspection I would have to pay him $400 dollars. So I called the KIA dealer where my car was serviced and was assured that I did not need new tires because they were just rotated during my oil change 3 weeks earlier. I think this station # [redacted], Inspector ID# [redacted] is cheating customers writing up false claims failing vehicles in order to sell expensive merchandise. I took my vehicle the same day ti the dealer where my vehicle passedi the inspection. I would like my money returned and for others to be aware of the scam.Desired Settlement: Return of my $37.00.
