I bough a Cadillac CTS on the 8th August 2015. The salesman Robert that night did not check to come over because it was too dark and it was time for the Dealership to close. The next day we went outside to the car and found some scratches And the back of the driver's seat was torn. I got an email message from the manager the next week ask me how was my service. & I told him that we had some scratches in the back of the seat was torn. He told me to bring it in and I told him I was going out of town that I would bring it in next week. Then he told me that I have up to the 27th of August to bring the content to be fixed. Also I would like to say there was no Car seats in the car. When we get there Friday the 21st of August of 2015. The Service manager name Mark came out and said that we should we supposed to be in the car in the next day. We told me it was no match and nothing the car. He had a nasty He had a nasty [redacted] attitude and I get p[redacted] off of him he didn't went to the back and Anto Robert to tell us to leave the keys and they will fix. I received a call from them Thursday evening saying that they couldn't fix the car because we should have bought it and the next day. The car said they're in the same parking space for two days. Marked the sell the service manager is an a[redacted] And I recommended he be written up. AndI am going to put it on Revdex.com.
