When Mr, *** purchased the vehicle from our dealership it was sold -As-ls", he inspected the vehicle at our location twice before purchasing it and he also had the opportunity to have the vehicle inspected by his own mechanic prior to
purchasing it, he was also offered the option to purchase a "Contract Cancellation Option" and refused it, he was also offered a Service Contract by a third party company and refused that as wellHe had contacted our business on 07/06/and told us that the vehicle needs some repairs and that he did a transmission job on it tooWe asked him for an estimate of what was needed and he faxed us a hand written estimate over an "American Tire Depot" work order (attached to this letter)( advised him that even though he purchased the vehicle "As-is" we might be willing to help with that repair in order to keep him satisfied, we offered to pay for the majority of the repair but needed a mechanic shop (licensed) that works with us to inspect the vehicle and do the repair workMr*** said that the car is not in driving condition and therefore he cannot bring it to our locationWe than offered to have the vehicle towed to a mechanic near us at our expense and Mr*** refused, saying he just wants us to pay for the repairs he claims that are needed and will be made by his own mechanicI tried to reason with him and explain to him that we MUST verify the issues and that our cost of repairing the vehicle could be significantly lower then his and that is the only way we will consider helping is that a mechanic shop of our choice will do the repairMr*** then passed *** phone to a "friend- of his that threatened us that unless we pay him the money he will file a complaint against us, I then wished him luck and thanked him for his timeAs you are well aware many things could go wrong With used vehicles, some of them are listed on the Buyer's Guide, which Mr*** has received a copyWe cannot predict breakdowns as no one else canWe still offered to help under certain reasonable terms, mainly verifying the issues and choosing a licensed repair shop that is reasonably priced to do the workWe believe that any company, regardless of the type of product they sell, would require the same terms, I do not believe any dealership would issue a payment on an unverified claim by a customer, EVEN IF THFVEHICLE WAS UNDER WARRANTY THE MANUFACTURER WOULD REQUIRE ITShould you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us back,

I may have bought a "As-Is" vehicle but I still bought a 4xthat I did not get, I am still missing a front drive lineAnd I am not the only one you have done wrong I am very aware of your previous customers that you sold unsafe/broken vehiclesAnd yes you can predict any problems with vehicles, it is called INSPECTIONS kind of what my mechanic didYou should be inspecting every single car that rolls off your lot, because if someone does get into an accident or dies in a vehicle you sold them and it was classified as unsafe you can be sued greatlyI also do not deal with anything Third Party, advised by the Revdex.com that is why I did not let you work on itIt is my choice who I let work on my vehicle and I definitely would not let a Fraud or his friends work on my vehicleLets come to a conclusion and work this out right here, or we can take this elsewhereWhere it will be much worse on your "Business" than the Revdex.com
