Review: On December 16th I made a purchase for an alternator in the amount of $268.53 Order Number [redacted] from www.autopartswarehouse.com with a core return of $71.98. It stated at the time of purchase core return instructions would be included with my order. when the alternator arrived the core instructions state the core part needs to be returned in its original box or it will not be accepted. Any auto part store you go to will take the core without a box at all. I believe this should of been told at the time of purchase which would of made me go elsewhere. I am now out $71.98 due to their negligence in stating the rules or providing the rules at time of purchase which is misleading. The only thing it actually states at time of purchase is "The "core" is your old part. Send us your old part and the core deposit will be refunded to you upon inspection.
