I attempted to purchase a popup camper from Carlos J River Forty. After agreeing on a price he was to provide title and make repairs in two days for pick up. First he provided a non-notarized title which took a week to get the title back. His mother, *** committed notary fraud notarizing the title after it was signed and not being present. After two months of endless phone calls, texts, and visits to the shop asking for my money back, he threw a fit. More endless promises to have it fixed. Then he told me they were moving to a new location. I asked several times for the address of the new location which he would not provide. It has been 8 months and he has kept my *** and the camper. I have no idea of the new business location.
