I dropped my car off for an oil change When I picked it back up it wasn't driving right It would accelerate like normally when I picked it up I paid for service package and didn't receive everything that is included in the package The employee that drove my car into the stall for repairs when I dropped it off...test drive it again when I brought it back with the complaint and told me it wasn't running like that originally when he drove it to change the oil The manager then told him he would take over the issue He told me all they did was change the oil and I need to take my vehicle to some other shop to see what was wrong with it I asked him first r a refund and he said No
