Terrible customer service, if you try and contact the corporate office. They are a small company which means there is no real/true customer service. I have still not receive a call back regarding a refund and its been 2 weeks. To actually talk with someone at corporate, you need to just go through their auto messaging or select random people so you can chat with someone. I spoke with their alleged Controller, Greg Finn, which was very rude and kept hanging up on me before I could talk bc I was bothering him, which I am a customer, so apparently he cant be bothered. I assume since this is a small company the controller is actually a general accountant which is why he answers the automated messaging. I will never go to autolab or suggest them to anyone
