consumer’s complaint.   In regards to the customer’s concern , photos were taken of the customer’s vehicle and forwarded to [redacted] Company. Unfortunately, when we were contacted for assistance [redacted] Auto’s reinstatement period had exceeded. A new policy was started with Empower [redacted] Company. The missing information was submitted to them which lowered the premium back to what was quoted. We have made attempts to speak to the customer to no avail.
