When you call for an estimate on your old car....they tell you they pay $150.00. Took over a week of chasing to get here, kept telling me a truck was on its way but never showed.....and when they did get here......told the tow operator they didn't want the car but would give 50 bucks for it.

Thank your for your review Dennis. We had quoted a vehicle over the phone that we have not seen. When the driver arrived on scene, a report was sent to the office outlining the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle has become home to rats and was not worthy of parting. My driver reported rats flying out of the car on highway as the vehicle was towed.
The driver had made an offer to you of what could be paid to you after we cover the costs of transportation, de-polluting and dismantling .
As a seller, you have the right to refuse the offer and look for alternatives, however you agreed to the offer and bid farewell to your old vehicle. We believe the transaction was done in all fairness and that your review is unjustified. We apologize if you think this is unfair and hope to server you in the future with a better experience.
