Unfortunetly we are a secured creditor and the customer did not list us as a secured creditor, she stated to her law office who filed her bankruptcy that we were a unsecured debt for mechanic work Her bankruptcy cleared her of any mechanic bill that she owed, but did not clear her of
any secured debt Her bankruptcy was discharged in february We had no way to contact her as she did not have any active contact info, therefore her title and balance due were pending She decided in august that she should be entitled to get her title without paying her secured debt, and threw a fit when we would not release it We contacted her law office and ask them what the scenario was and they informed us that she did not give them the correct info to file her bancruptcy The customer was trying to get her debt discharged by listing it as a unsecured mechanic work that does not require a reaformation aggrement for the court At this time we she owes $( late fees and principal )this is not for any mechanic work that was unpaid We are willing to negotiate in order to resolve this but not when somebody screams at us and threatens to call police and making threats If you have any questions contact her lawyers office *** * *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ***
