Auto Glass Fitters

Review: Took my 94 camaro to have windshield replaced. Picked it up and it looked terrible. This have been over a month. Spent $480 and have a terrible looking windshield. I was told it was done by "Auto Glass Fitters, and was told it was not "[redacted]" shop. MY windshield looks terrible. I would rather have had the original cracked windshield then this new one. Also, my wipers did not work or my wiper fluid after the "new windshield was put in. I PAID [redacted] auto [redacted] to "replace" my windshield. That is THEIR responsibilty. My dash boeard has also cracked in two diffrant places since the "NEW" windshield has been put in. It has been over a month. My car has sat there with nothing being done to "fix". Was told they were waiting on "Auto Glass Fitters" to come back and fix the horrible looking wind shield. No refund was offered. I have called and left messages numerous times. They basicly gave me the # to Auto Glass fitters and basicly told me to take care of it myself, still no fixed windshield after almost a month.Desired Settlement: I would like my winshield FIXED and my cracked dash board. OR a refund. This is ridiculous.

Review: My boyfriend and I went to this company to have our windshield replaced on our 2007 Cadillac stsv. When we called the company we were informed that the windshield we were purchasing has a lifetime warranty on it. The installer came out and installed the windshield and within a week of the new windshield being installed the windshield presented a stress crack. We then contacted the windshield company and explained to them that we had just paid for a new windshield to be put in our vehicle and it has a crack in it from under the molding on the passenger side up to almost the middle of the windshield and that we were informed it was covered under the lifetime warranty. They sent an installer out to my boyfriends place of employment to replace the windshield. The installer looked at the windshield and said he was not replacing it because it is not covered on the lifetime warranty. We have contacted the company and explained to them that we have a lifetime warranty on the windshield and they are refusing to fix and or replace the windshield that is under the lifetime warranty. The owner was rude and very un helpful. We paid $212.00 for the windshield to be replaced and all we got out of it is a cracked windshield. This is a means of false advertising to gain business. And also false advertising a warranty/coverage to gain business. We are looking to have our windshield replaced by them and or our money back.Desired Settlement: We would like our WINDSHIELD REPLACED and or our MONEY BACK. We paid for a windshield with a lifetime warranty and the company is changing their verbal advertisement.
