I bought carpet cleaner and spot tested some areas in the upholstery and it came clean Also the safety straps were filthy and I could get those cleaner than what Auto Depot did If I can take my own stains out with over the counter product why can't Auto Depot take out stains with all the fancy and large cleaning machines and product that they have This is supposed to be their business WHAT ARE THEY CHARGING SO MUCH FOR, IF THEY CAN'T DO THE JOB.I never said I was happy with their work If I had been happy, why would I file a complaint to Revdex.com? The answer is, I would not have filed a complaint Also If I was sooo very happy, why did I go back for them to do the job over again.They obviously don't value their customers, or take pride in their work I certainly will NOT recommend them to friends or family I intend on taking this further I feel I am in the right and deserve better The stains is not the only bad job they did It is a TOTAL RIP OFF.It is TOO BAD that they don't feel the customer is right Lots of business doThey have Very bad business ethics

The transaction in question did not happen the way the complaint describes. The customer was set at a desk with a salesperson and filled out a credit application. The information for the application was received from the customer. After the information is entered the application is printed...
specifically for the customer to review and sign to make sure all information is correct. The customer signed that all information is correct before we submitted the deal to any financial sources. Also the customer did not have pay stubs on their person at the time the deal was submitted. They had to return with the paystubs at a later date. It would not benefit our company to overstate income because it would not check out. We do a number of transactions every day and are aware of this. We know before the deal that we will have to provide paycheck stubs and this is why we ask for them. Once in finance the customer is given another chance to review the information we are given and must sign again that it is true and correct. At the same time the customer sings a conditional delivery agreement that states among other thing the fees and procedure for returning a vehicle if financing cannot be secured at the terms agreed upon. The complainants significant other came back into our place of business apologized for the error and we continued to try to find the a way to get a vehicle with the adjusted income. While income played a significant part in the loss of financing it was not the only error or omission by the customer on the credit application. The customer would have received in the mail a letter outlining the issues from the financing source. The reason for the charges upon returning a vehicle are due to several factors that could include time, damage, mileage and are charged because the vehicle has decreased in value as time passed and miles were added not to mention the loss of other qualified customer that no longer had the opportunity to purchase the unit. I prefer that no customer leaves our place of business unsatisfied and that is why we tried so hard to get them into another car. Also in reference to the general manger, he is paid a salary that is not influenced by the income of the store. We do this so he can focus on the satisfaction of the customer.Thank You,[redacted]
I bought my first car from Auto Depot and I can tell you this place, out of all the other car lots on Riverside Ave in Roseville, this was the best. They do not have a huge selection, but they do have newer model used cars in very good condition. Raha and Eli make the environment very comfortable to buy in, they do not push you to buy but instead try to cater to your car needs. Raha understood I could not afford very much and offered every possible way to keep my payments down to a minimum while affording me the best car. What set Auto Depot apart though is what they do for you after you buy the car. They do not want to sell you junk and if your car has an issue after you drive it off the lot, just bring it back and their mechanic can solve the issue, no problem. They always want to help you and I have gone back a few times for their help, and every time I walk out of there paying for as little as possible, with my car running perfectly. I can attest that these guys care about you, and their mechanic, Dennis, is great. I highly recommend these guys, ESPECIALLY for first time car buyers. They will work with you and help you out if your car is having trouble. On top of all that, they're just awesome guys. It is well worth your business to go to Auto Depot.

Review: I PURCHASED A VEHICLE EARLY NOVEMBER, 3 MONTHS LATER I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE PINK SLIP TO THE CAR. MY DAUGHTER IS THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE AND SHE WENT TO THE DMV A FEW WEEKS AGO AND WAS TOLD THAT NO PAPERWORK HAS BEEN PROCESSED FROM THE AUTO DEALERSHIP.I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE OWNER OF AUTO DEPOT AND HE HAS BEEN COMING UP WITH ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER.MY DAUGHTER PAID CASH FOR THE CAR, SO HE GOT HIS MONEY BUT SHE HAS NOT RECEIVED THE PROPER REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS FROM THE DMV DUE TO THE LACK OF FILING PAPERWORK ON THE AUTO DEALER'S PART.Desired Settlement: SIMPLE...WE WANT THE REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS FROM THE DEALER OR A FULL REFUND SO WE CAN PURCHASE A VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH ANOTHER AUTO DEALERSHIP.
