I bought a new Jeep and it broke down after 502 KM because of improper parts installation.
***
On Saturday March 23, 2018, I went with my 2 kids to pick up a brand new Jeep Wrangler that I had purchased from Auto Clearing Dodge Jeep in Saskatoon. ***
We drove it around the city for the weekend then drove home on Sunday. On the highway the rear end started to sway side to side so bad that the traction control system engaged and brought the Jeep to a very quick stop. We pulled over and examined what had taken place. A bolt in the lift kit that was not properly tightened had come out and the entire rear of the vehicle had shifted to the passenger side. This all occurred on the highway at 100km/hr with my 2 young children in the Jeep.
The Jeep needed to be towed as it could not longer be driven. Towed at 502 km!!!!!!!!
On Monday morning I am told by the dealership *** where the Jeep had been towed the subframe is bent and it cannot be repaired. Then later Monday afternoon I am told by Auto Clearing that my Jeep is not that bad and only needs a bolt and an alignment.
On Tuesday I am told by the service dealership that my Jeep needs a new driveshaft and there is also front end damages. I call Auto Clearing and am told by their sales manager that I can return the vehicle but I have to cover the cost of accessories.
I go to the service dealership (1 hour drive with a friend as I have no vehicle) and speak with their service department. Their service department knows nothing about the front end damages. So I go outside and check it for myself and see that the bolts on a suspension arm are actually digging into the spring tower on the drivers side. It's obvious at this point the lift kit was not properly installed and is causing both front and rear issues as well as needing a new driveshaft. Again this is all with 502 km on a brand new vehicle.
On Wednesday I call Auto Clearing twice and get no clear answers. I explained I saw the Jeep and took photos and I will accept that I can cover the rims and tires but I will not be paying for the lift kit as it is Auto Clearings mistake.
Today despite being told twice I could return the Jeep and get my trade in back I am told that I can't cancel the new vehicle sale because I am responsible to cover the cost of the extended warranty and protection plan I purchased. ***

I get told by Auto Clearings sales manager that it will be fixed just like brand new well it was brand new when this happened!!
I want the dealership to take back the vehicle sold to me and return my trade in.
This matter has been resolved with the client
I purchased a 2015 *** with 30kms online through ***. They had over 30 photos of the vehicle however upon arrival it was clear the dealership made efforts not to communicate non-removable paint splatter on the sides of the vehicle which simply looks like dirt in the photos. When I took the vehicle in for service at 35k kms I was informed the tires were cracked and all 4 needed to be replaced due to uneven wear. The servicing dealership also indicated the brake fluid needed to be flushed due to water in the system and I needed a full differential/transfer case fluid service. After 5k kms my vehicle needs $3300 worth of service that Autoclearing failed to do. ***. In contacting the dealership they have refused to do anything
I would like 4 new tires.
First, lets start at the outset. This person was angry and insulting from the moment he was informed that we would not hold a vehicle for days or up to a week with a $100 deposit. Anyone that believes that is a reasonable demand doesn't understand interest costs on inventory. This person drove from another province to purchase based on price. There was no misrepresentation of any kind at any time. Pictures and descriptions were all posted. When the client arrived, they were not obligated to purchase the vehicle. They had every opportunity to decline purchasing the vehicle. The vehicle was inspected at 29,625km and fluids were normal and not due to be changed. Oil lube filter was completed and the rest of the inspection was good. The tires had 10/32" of tread remaining, which is 250% more than the minimum required to pass *** used vehicle inspection. We have no bearing on what another dealership in another province recommends or tries to sell to someone. ***. ***. This person threatened that if we didn't pay for new tires he would post negative things everywhere possible. ***. The fact is that if a tire issue has developed in the seven months and 6,000 km of driving since this used vehicle left our province, that should be addressed with the company that manufactured the tires.
