Review: I took My 2000 Audi for a transmission swap . Now the transmission was installed but is now leaking oil .Due to the repair shop not properly replacing Gaskets and seals.On top of that I was told that my Catalytic converter was broken off while replacing the Transmission .I don't now why and how that happen .I agreed for the piece to be replaced. So the they were changed but not installed correctly there was a huge leak from the downpipe to the catalytic on the driver side .All in all I am in NYC and had to get the car half way fixed and already spent $680.00 at a shop in NYC to complete the job that I pay NGOCS to repair .Now the place I got the car at is saying that they have to take the transmission out to replace another seal gasket that connects the transmission to the engine .This should have been done when the transmission was swaped out .And this is a huge job The new shop is saying .Please help .I contacted the Owner and made him aware of the problems the car is having .And his response was to bring the car back to [redacted] PA I cant it is 4 hours away from where I live now .And plus I don't think the car would make it safelyDesired Settlement: I would like a refund. Or some type of help to get what I pay for. If you need receipts I have everything please help.
