Total scam what is causing me to get sue them for a total of 75 calls with a final purchase of the warrantty that still did not stop their calls. My attorney finished the complaint but I decided to take a different arroach using possibly using the Mini TCPA and not the TCPA. Auto Care Warranty Solutions contacting me and sold me a Policy, Central Ad,inisreative service corporations of Florida'& Car Guard of Florida were also named on the warranty... So this is where it gets crazy I also had 10 to 15 calls from Omega and Matrix adding the TCPA Violations to 57 plus calls. I have a short window of 30 days that I will not have an attorney representing me. This is your chance to settle for 50% lower if I dont have a legal team to split settlement with.

I am happy to report my 81 yr old mother was reimbursed her payment in full. Thank you for understanding the difficulty of these type contracts for elderly people. And, thank you for following up to make sure the payment was received.
SCAM - this company drafted a ridiculously expensive contract with my 81 yr old mother for a 2005 car she rarely drives. We attempted to cancel the contract within days of her signing but to no avail. The miscommunication within this company is horrific. My mother lives off social security - this contract is for 48 months! A scam against the elderly. After several phone calls and emails (still within six or so weeks at no fault of ours), we were able to cancel the contract. But only after the customer service rep asked personal questions about my mother's mental state - very inappropriate. I submitted a letter, which I was advised to do as POA only to find out from a different individual we didn't need to submit that letter. All while waiting for paperwork for her to sign, which the customer service rep rudely states we don't send paperwork. Again, poor communication. The contract signed on June 8th in which your company auto withdrew $195.00 signup fee, $238.13 withdrawn on July 2nd and reimbursed a whopping $183.82 on August 2nd. Apparently, your company needs $249.31 much more than my 81 yr old mother living on social security. Simply frustrating, disappointing and disgusting. Tough keeping companies like yours from contacting my mother and other elderly victims. I felt compelled to express my utter frustration and disappointment that she was not refunded in full.
Dear Customer,
I can understand how being wheelchair bound may be very difficult, sorry to hear that happened to you.
Please note that all calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes for your protection and for ours. All policies we sell have a 30 day and 1,000 mile waiting period. The reason being the Administrator does not cover any pre-existing conditions.
The Administrator is responsible for approval. Essentially we are the direct marketer. We do not deny or approve claims.
Please also note with the vehicle being a 2015 with 103,200 miles wheel bearings need to be replaced typically 85,000 to 100,000 miles, depending on someones driving habits.
As with most automotive components, the wheel bearing can eventually give way to wear and tear, and may even need to be replaced with age and wear and tear. The administrator does not cover wear and tear which is also stated in your contract booklet, they cover mechanical breakdown protection.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience your wheel bearing issues may have caused you.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any assistance.
Thank you
