The business owner Mike came and worked on the car. He charged a distance fee of an additional 25$ Bringing the total from 150 to 175. While here he ran out of the color he needed for the repair that he claimed he had enough of prior to coming. He then blended paints and stated that if it did not dry matching that he would come back out to complete the job. He said give it 48 hours. He was contacted within 48 hours from date of repair and stated he said to call Wednesday that would be 48. The date of service was on a Sunday. The paint did not blend nor did it match at all. Once contacted he then claimed that someone was in an accident and he would contact me back. He never did. I then requested a refund in the manner he received payment, via ***, in the amount of 100$. He didn't respond so I sent him a text message message so that he was aware. Mike then went and declined the refund as well blocked me on ***, as well as text which I later found out. The entire time I was very polite and respectful. I also sent Mike an email which was also ignored. I reached Mike via a different number to inform him of my next steps and that's when he responded in a nasty, rude, and partially threatening way. I told him that I would still be willing to negotiate a partial refund even if it was 75 or 50$. Again his response tone was sarcastic and rude. He tried to complain that it was a distance to drive and should've charged me 50$ and in my response I said he had he opportunity to express that ir deny the job and stated that he did charge a 25$ distance fee. All of this is recorded in text, cameras of the event, pictures of his work, and record of payment. I didn't ask for a full refunded because he did make the trip and perform a job, however, the job was poorly done and incomplete on his end.
