old floor stickerWe personally do not recommend products that leave your interior shiny as they attract dust and have to be reapplied for the life of the vehicleNormally a carpet shampoo would be extra however, because we did not ask you ahead of time we would be happy to remove the sticker, shampoo your carpets and use a product that will leave your interior shinyWe want you to be happy with our service and hope you will give us a second chance to complete your interior detail to your specifications
When you came to the shop for an initial estimate for repair (April 13, 2017), you mentioned that you had two separate claims/accidents, which resulted in two deductible payments of $500.00 being due ($1,000.00 total). absorbing $500.00 off your total repair bill). The vehicle was dropped at the shop to begin repairs on May 8, 2017. While completing repairs, additional damage was found on your vehicle resulting in the replacement of two tires (insurance company agreed to pay for all but $55.30 for the tires). At this point, now for repair of your vehicle, the only thing out of pocket you had to come up with was the $555.30 (one deductible plus betterment on the tires). After the repairs were completed (June 6, 2017), you informed us that you did not have the $555.30 to pay for the repair work that we completed. You had mentioned numerous times via telephone that you would bring in payment, to no avail.Your finance company contacted us indicating you were default on payments to them and notified us that they would be repossessing the vehicle. On July 31, 2017 the lien holder recovered the vehicle from our lot.
