Austin Roofing

Austin Roofing was hired to repair a leaky roof and paid in full after the work was complete. Notified of same leaks many times for months.
*** Austin from Austin Roofing came to our shop *** at *** and looked at the leaks we had and supplied us with a quote on June 13th 2016 to repair it with a seamless system that holds a 15 year warranty and would be scanned with an instrument that finds moisture and those parts would be cut out.Work was done and invoiced on July 31 2016 invoice # *** in the amount of $17,850.00 plus taxes for a total of $20,170.50 and paid on that same day with ***. Within 2 months we started to see slight drips from the same area and called *** on his cell. He said he would send someone out. No one came and we were reminded a few weeks later with dripping and called him again. He said He told someone to go but the are very busy and have not been able to make it but would send someone soon. This happened 2 more times before the winter and cold weather and dripping stopped. We called him in the spring after a thaw resulted in dripping again and he promised to have someone out within the next couple of weeks as they were very busy. Again some time would go by and we would be reminded only when the drips would start again as they were sporadic and not always when it rained. I then told him that we have been far too patient and he had to do something right away. After another month had passed I called his cell again but he did not answer this time and I left a message telling him to contact me within a day or I would be pursuing other avenues to get this rectified. That was Wednesday September 6th 2017 and have not heard from him.
