Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is actually the second complaint that I have had to file against this company but this time it involves a different issueI have been waiting over months to get sets of steps for three different mobile homes that I purchased in November of I would like the $1,that I will be out of pocket to buy the steps myself OR all I ask is that they deliver the steps like asap Regards, [redacted] ***

to whom it may concern, All units delivered as of last week Monday. Due to weather delays, wet grounds and high winds, we were delayedIt is also my understanding that the homes needed some planning and permits ( customers responsibilities) and / or customer was out of the
country due to work and we could not deliver right away because customer wanted to be present Homes are scheduled to be set up this coming week after the holidays Any questions , please call *** at ###-###-####

I have been waiting over 5 months to get 6 sets of steps for three different mobile homes that I purchased in November of 2014 I would like the $1,000 that I will be out of pocket to buy the steps myself OR all I ask is that they deliver the steps like asap.
