Our Agent was never informed by the Listing Agent that the wood floors had recently been worked onIn fact we have written communication from listing agent that the property was vacant and he wanted our agent to to show the property the same day without warningHad our agent been warned by the listing agent the showing would have never taken placeIt is irresponsible to warn clients about floor condition prior to showing without proper warningThis owner needs to take responsibility for his own lack of communication and not place blame on others
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This property is obvious under construction , appliances are on the deck ,lumber and construction material is everywhere I did not give permission for this agent or anyone to walk on floorsThe agent damaged the floorsHe could have backed out in the 1st room where it was obvious that the floors had wet polyurethaneIf he had backed out I could accept the situationHowever this agent decided his time was to valuable to come back when it was dry so he took his client throughout the entire floors and damaged all the floorsHe is a licensed realtor and if he doesn't know the difference between wet floor and dry floors he needs another career Bottom line for what ever excuse he gives stupidity, ignorance, lack of experience he still damaged the floors and owes me $ If I have [redacted] deliver an appliance and they scratch up my floors for what ever reason they need to pay to repair This Realtor exhibits poor character by not ever saying "Man I'm sorry I ruined your floors what can I do" My hope is to resolve this issue with out having to go to Small claims court Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: This property is obvious under construction , appliances are on the deck ,lumber and construction material is everywhere. I did not give permission for this agent or anyone to walk on floors. The agent damaged the floors. He could have backed out in the 1st room where it was obvious that the floors had wet polyurethane. If he had backed out I could accept the situation. However this agent decided his time was to valuable to come back when it was dry so he took his client throughout the entire 2 floors and damaged all the floors. He is a licensed realtor and if he doesn't know the difference between wet floor and dry floors he needs another career.
Bottom line for what ever excuse he gives stupidity, ignorance, lack of experience he still damaged the floors and owes me $500.00.
If I have [redacted] deliver an appliance and they scratch up my floors for what ever reason they need to pay to repair.
This Realtor exhibits poor character by not ever saying "Man I'm sorry I ruined your floors what can I do".
My hope is to resolve this issue with out having to go to Small claims court.
