Austell Realty Partners

I received a call from a "Betty ***" at Austell Realty Partners who says they have a buyer for my timeshare in Cancun, MX. Sent me an email with an offer - way above what I have paid for and thought it sounded too good to be true. Decided to check Revdex.com and found the review from Kelly J which helped me to determine this is a fraudulent organization. Secondly, since they are not part of Revdex.com, my antennas are up! Be wise - when getting a cold call to sell your timeshare!

I would like to report this company as using a false address. Their website shows 133 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30303 as their place of business. When you call them they state they are on the 3rd floor in Suite 22. I work in the property management office of this building and can confirm they are not a tenant at this property. Please be cautious when doing business with them! We have also reached out to the Georgia Real Estate Commission to report them.
