My dog had a seizure on the table. They quoted "they were afraid she would pass away". They billed me anyway and now I'm in a fight w/my credit card company!

We had a groom scheduled for this past Sunday. We received a confirmation email stating that we would see them on the 7th @ 8. They never showed or called. Their office staff (Allie) was argumentative and seemed to be trying to just put it off on me. I had a confirmation email which I had to send to her to prove it. It took multiple messages for her to finally somewhat take ownership (Not her fault, but the company that she works for is at fault) and to apologize. I found a groomer right up the street who took my girl in and fixed her right up. It was mediocre at best. Will never go back.

We had a good experience getting our cat shaved, but decided she was so laid back about it that we could do it ourselves and canceled our next appointment (a week in advance). On the day of the appointment, the crew showed up like they didn't know it was canceled. I was suspicious that they knew and just thought we'd say, "OK; do it anyway", and sure enough, we got a notice two weeks later that we had another appointment scheduled. We canceled that and they started making noises about cancellation fees, which we disputed, since we never made the second appointment. Now we're informed that another appointment has been scheduled.
Bottom line- if you really need the job done, the people we dealt with were very competent, but their charge is also very competent and tipping is substantial and added to your bill without so much as a by your leave. So, well done, but very aggressive/predatory marketing.

First they rescheduled my appointment from a week day to a weekend appointment without asking me. Then, I was swamped with text/email messages to send them vaccine, vet information etc. I sent all required pet information and responded to multiple text and email appointment confirmations. Then no one showed up the day of the appointment to groom my dog! No call, no show.

The groomer showed up early, but called first. She locked my 12 yo German Shepherd in the van. Her name is Jennie. She turned the music up so LOUD in the van, that my neighbors called and complained. After 1 hour and 15 minutes I had to knock loudly to get her to open up the van door. What I found was my 1/2 wet German Shepherd shaking like she was going to die! I had to dry my dog and sleep on the floor with her. She is terrified to leave the backyard, as that was where the van was parked. The owner said he would call today(Monday)...didn’t happen. This didn’t work for me and I cherish my dog angels. BEWARE! .

I just had Erand from Memphis, TN out to my house to groom my Bernese Mountain Dog - Australian Sheppard mix. Erand did an absolutely outstanding job grooming my dog despite the fact that she wasn't being the easiest to groom.

I had an appointment with an Aussie Mobile groomer in Richmond, Va. yesterday, 2/3/2022. I sensed from the beginning that they did not want to groom her as she has weak hips. I explained that it wasn't that big a problem, so we agreed on a day & time. I signed an online release form, sent in her rabies vaccination records, & told them if they needed more info that they could contact her Vet. They sent a reminder notice the day before the appointment to which I responded that we would be ready. Well, no one ever showed up. I waited an hour & then called & left a message to see what was the problem. Time went by, I sent a text, & there was no answer to that. I was totally shocked that the groomer never showed, & no one ever contacted me. Today is Feb. 4, & still no one has called to explain or apologize. Of course I will never use them again, & will give a bad reference to all of my dog owning friends. I still cannot believe that I was treated this way.

I can't say enough good things about Aussie Pet, but most importantly our groomer, Katie. My little toy poodle is 12yrs old and going through melanoma treatments and was used to one groomer his whole life. She retired, so the search was on. We tried several. He got stressed every time and it made me miserable leaving him in a cage, no water, with a stranger half the day. A friend of mine said to try Aussie, and wow! What a difference! Katie asked me how I would like him groomed? (honestly by this time, I wasn't expecting miracles. I just wanted him clean and not whimpering like the last groomer) I explained to her what my ideal cut would be. Not only did she exceed my expectations, he came inside all excited, adorable, and stress free! I can't explain how pleased we have been with our experience! Review: Groomer came on 6/**/13. The dog got a haircut however she still smelled unclean as if never shampooed After further inspection we realized her breath was foul leaving us to believe teeth had also not been brushed. And finally I looked in dogs ears to find them in pre grooming state, very dirty. At first I thought Maybe her paws were not been washed correctly and this might be the source of smell. I proceeded to soak her paws in dogs shampoo in an attempt to rectify issue, to no avail. Finally I called [redacted] at Aussie to explain all of the above. He offered to come that same day and did. Upon arrival I waited in front of van while he set up. He finally approached me and began to say that he was doing me a favor and hat I was just looking for a freebie. I responded that I just wanted services I paid for. He then told me that I should wash the dog myself. Disconnected his extension while continuing to insult me saying he deals with people like me in court all the time and drove away never providing services.Desired Settlement: I want my $90.00 back he can keep the 20.00 tip
