and noise from clutchHe was just starting new job and was trying to get clutch fixed for as little as possible. We installed new clutch , resurfaced flywheel and replaced sealWe also installed fork and cable supplied by *** The vehicle still had the self adjusting pedal pawl so when we installed cable adjustment needed to be all the way up for cable to work*** said the other components to replace the self adjusting clutch pawl were not yet in but that he would install themWhich he did, He came back on 4/11/still having vibration and noise issues He had tried every way he could to adjust cable but no helpWe discovered the after market clutch fork (***s part) was not staying on pivot ball and actually was wearing a groove in itSo we pulled the transmission and I drove *** up to Autozone so he could get a refund on the clutch fork, so he would have enough money to pay for new one , we drove to ford and picked up a pivot ballI charged only for the pivot ball and ford forkPut car back together readjusted cable and *** left4/21/came and so did ***, still having vibration problemI concluded that the bad fork and problems with adjustments may have damaged pressure plate Replaced clutch under warranty and resurfaced flywheel again Exhaust gasket on passenger side (one piece metal/sealing ring type, was separating and part of the sealing ring got misaligned causing noise and leakage, I drove car felt good to me, it was now 6:pm I told *** to come back and we would get a gasket to replace the damaged oneWhen he returned after the weekend, it was the end of the world, still vibrations, exhaust fumes I want my money back By this time I was done with ***, I installed new Exhaust gasket , I told *** to take it somewhere else and I refunded his moneyHe said he would take it and get it done somewhere and return my partsStill no parts? There are people that can never be happy We don’t change customers transmission fluid as part of clutch replacement unless customer requests it especially when their concerned about cost We top up and make sure they are full no chargeI think after years in business having only one other complaint with the Revdex.com speaks for itself Derek T*** owner Aurora clutch and more

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all my vehicle never had any vibration or noise before you worked on it. Also I had been in my job for 2 years prior to dealing with you're shop I had just gotten my taxs and also let derek know money was not an issue I was not trying to get this done for as cheap as possible why would I have a bunch of adjustable aftermarket parts installed if I was going as cheap as I could? You really have a screwed perception of the trouble you caused in my life because of you're sy work and it speaks volumes about you're knowledge due to the fact that I was able to do this job over 2 days in my driveway on jackstands and now have a vehicle that does not vibrate nor make any noise. I told you whatever needed to be replaced lets do it I want a perfect brand new clutch after this install and I actually chose you're shop because you had good ratings and you were $300 more then the shop down the road from me If I was trying to cheap out then I wouldn't have chosen a shop in seattle over 40 miles away from my home when the shop 10 minutes away was charging $300 less. I was getting a new clutch installed because the old clutch was engaging high it never vibrated nor had any of the later issues aurora clutch and more would cause due to poorly resurfacing my flywheel and causing a severe vibration throughout the 2 months they attempted to troubleshoot the issue they caused. I did not install the firewall adjuster or aftermarket quadrant I set an appt and aurora clutch and more installed every component the most I ever attempted was to adjust after they had installed the parts after the first initial installation. The new clutch fork that I had provided had the leaf springs bent because of Derek's technician neglicting to change out a severely worn Pivot ball with 130,000 miles on it  which the clutch fork engages onto so it had alot of play and after they resurfaced my flywheel the first time during the initial installation it had caused a severe vibration to develop causing the new clutch fork to rattle constantly aswell as the pivot ball being worn caused this issue to worsen to the point of me getting stranded on the side of the road after my clutch fork had fallen off the pivot ball.  I think you are being a bit dramatic in you're response considering you caused me to lose a job from constant visits and unreliabilty due to you're technicians poor work and oversight. I came back over the weekend pissed off because you're tech had literally sandwhiched my passenger gasket halfway hanging out two pipes causing a severe exhaust leak into my cabin not only was it dangerous to drive but could cause massive issues letting unmetered air right out the exhaust manifold. I had been to you're shop over 10 tens at this point and given you every chance you didn't deserve you constantly downplayed the severity of you're mistakes and constantly sent me on my way to limp a car 40 miles back and forth not to mention how much it cost me to drive back and forth with two cars even spending over 12 hours at you're shop because I couldn't keep affording to go back and forth at that point you had bled me dry and you guys had missed multiple small items that could have stopped many of these issues from happening in the first place but the vibration was caused from you're improper resurfacing of my flywheel you resurfaced it twice. I have all the parts as evidence after I had to have them change them because they didn't do it the first time period. I have a second shop that had been diagnosing aurora clutch and more's short comings and eventually when I received most of my money back sans the rear main seal tranny flush and other items that were requested but never changed. I was able to fix the car in my own driveway doing my first clutch ever. In my opinion Derek knew they had screwed my flywheel or something worse and did everything but own up to the fact that they made a mistake and the vibration was from my flywheel. After I got my old flywheel off that had been resurfaced twice in between his 2 installations I took it to a machine shop for an analysis and what it comes down to is there is no way it would have ever been in spec because of the way derek machined it causing it to bend and end up being the root cause of my entire issue. I bought a brand new flywheel new clutch kit and every other piece brand new from my pedal back and now it is driving amazing from my first installation. Derek is completely lying about my car having any vibration prior to coming to his shop to try to cover himself from paying atleast half for the flywheel that he destroyed. I actually caLLed derek on friday to discuss meeting up with him to return his clutch kit to him so he could get his refund but first we needed to talk about the fact that his tech never changed my tranny fluid which I requested nor my rear main seal, and the fact that his negligence destroyed my flywheel. He was defensive told me they did everything I asked when they did not and claimed to have never heard me say I wanted my tranny fluid flushed and then became obtuse saying next I am going try to scam a free rear end fluid swap out of him which is completely rediculous I paid derek way more then anyone else qouted and I never did anything for him to be judging my character nor treating a paying customer the way he did he ended up hanging up on me after being extremely accusatory rude and making sure he stated over and over that I came to him for bad vibrations when that was not the case I have plenty of photographic evidence aswell as statements from a reputable shop locally that helped guide me thru dereks shortcomings completely free of charge because they knew derek was trying to cover up his mistakes. Like I said I have saved every component they didn't replace the first time which caused major issues and I have the bent flywheel that has been diagnosed by a reputable local machine shop. I also have an entire build log detailing the entire installation including removal of dereks installation which shows a very old rear main seal and not only that but the issues from only 200 miles on dereks 2nd installation the clutch in 200 miles and worn severe heat marks again into the bent flywheel and the 2nd pressure plate derek installed aswell as the clutch disk itself showing severe wear for only 200 miles in the pictures you can see the purple marks on the flywheel right where the bend starts and ends on my old flywheel from derek resurfacing it twice poorly. Either way I want half of what I paid for a new flywheel as derek caused the issue from resurfacing it improperly twice. I also want a refund for my rear main seal that was not changed and I want some compensation for the 8 hours of work that it took me to completely redo everything that derek had done to my car. You really screwed this one up you know that you're tech screwed up over and over when my pivot ball wasn't changed you even called you're tech over and asked him why he didn't change it stating the ill fitment and play my clutch fork had. The new fork was destroyed because of the flywheel being bent causing vibration on a loose fitting pivot point. You are completely wrong and lying now is not going to help you I documented everything and I mean everything I have multiple hidden videos that you had no idea I was even filming while you tried to explain away issues you caused we both know my vehicle never had vibrations before you worked on it. Anything that the Revdex.com needs I will happily provide as you are not going to get away with not replacing parts you charged me for aswell as ruining parts that I even told you if I needed a new flywheel lets go ahead and do it because I wanted a good install you were the one that said oh no you're flyhweel is fine it doesn't need replaced. I find it hilarious you are lying about the state of my vehicle prior to you're work and even funnier the fact that you are trying to lie and say I tried to get the cheapest job I could really that makes perfect sense I am gonna pay you $300 more drive 40 miles and get over $200 in aftermarket parts installed because I am so cheap you're story really adds up. If I need to give anyone at the Revdex.com my evidence let me know and I have no problem assisting in making sure this is resolved properly and the truth is brought out because derek is completely lying at this point and I am disgusted considering I had to do the job myself because this pos caused me to lose a job and make finances tight but no worries I am back at work making the same I did before and this is not going to slow me down. If I have to take you to court then I will keep lying derek I have every piece of evidence to prove you are lying.
